Join artist Renee Hall as she instructs you to complete a one-of-a-kind masterpiece!  All equipment and snacks will be provided for this program.  Make sure to wear clothing that is safe to get paint on (in case of paint splatter).

Registration begins March 18, 2024 for Town of Plattsburgh residents and March 25, 2024 for non-residents.
