TOP Winter Challenge 2425
We all need a little motivation to keep us going especially during the winter. The TOP Parks & Recreation Department is challenging you to move 100 or 200 miles from the start of Winter to the first day of Spring.  We challenge you to walk/ hike/ bike/ snowshoe/cross country ski or any other indoor/outdoor activity you can do that tracks mileage.

As soon as you complete your challenge, please email or mail your completed mile tracker to us.  Please keep in mind that this challenge should be fun....and we truly encourage ANY activity that can track mileage.  Some participants hike mountains while others swim or ride an indoor bicycle.  Whatever activity works for YOU....the goal is to keep all of us moving.  

Once received, we will mail you a Window Decal/sticker (100 miles) or a patch (200 miles) so you can proudly display your accomplishment.  *Just a reminder if you would like both the sticker (100 miles) and the badge (200 miles) you will need to complete 300 miles total.* Must receive form by March 31, 2025.
 
The challenge will begin on December 21, 2024 and end on March 19, 2025. You have 90 days to complete 100-200 miles, so it is just a little over 1-2 miles each day! Stay active with us this winter! Join our Facebook Group “TOP Winter Challenge” to share stories, activity ideas, and pictures. We will help keep each other motivated by sharing weekly tips and ideas.  This free challenge is open to anyone age 5 and up.

Step 1: Register for the challenge at www.townofplattsburghrecreation.com or use a form.
Step 2: Walk/bike/run/skate/snowshoe/cross country ski (or any trackable indoor/outdoor activity) that keeps you moving.
Step 3:  Email form to rec@townofplattsburgh.org or mail to Town of Plattsburgh Parks & Recreation 151 Banker Road Plattsburgh, NY 12901  Download tracker form.
