Archery with Plattsburgh Rod & Gun Club • Register • View Cart •

The Plattsburgh Rod & Gun Club Archery program is offering a five week youth archery program to youth ages 9-17.  This program will be held inside and outside on their site depending on the weather.  Each lesson will taught by USA Archery Level 2 instructors.  Registration is limited to the 16 participants.  Registration ends March 12th. 

Archery Program
Dates and times:
March 16 - 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM  **Introduction to Archery safety and range rules**
March 23 - 3:30 PM- 4:30 PM **Proper shooting stance and line commands**
March 30 - 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM **Proper shooting stance with Aiming and breathing**
April 13 - 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM **Scoring and target recognition**
April 27 - 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM **Team shooting event includes basic target shooting and
relay targets**
Age:  9-17
Location:  Plattsburgh Rod & Gun Club - 7450 Route 9 Plattsburgh
Cost:  $50 per participant (Pay Plattsburgh Rod & Gun Club on your first session.  Please write checks out to Plattsburgh Rod & Gun Club)

**Equipment can be provided for those youth you need it**

**Must pre-register with the Town of Plattsburgh.**
