Registration Information


We now have three ways to register for our programs!
In an effort to make it easier for parents who are “Online”, we now offer online registration through our website.
Also, you can still download our form and send it in, fax it, or drop it off to our office.
Lastly, you can stop by our office between 7AM-4PM, Monday through Friday to fill one out.
