How much does the program cost?
Although most of our programs are free, some do have a registration fee. This fee must be paid at time of registration. Pay online or stop by our office at 151 Banker Road Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
If you are a Town of Plattsburgh resident and are being charged a non-resident fee, do NOT pay the amount. Please, contact us at 518-562-6860. The system did not recognize your address, but we can fix this BEFORE you submit payment. If you pay the fee, you will not be refunded. Contact us ASAP so you can guarantee a spot in the program. Registration is only complete when the payment is finalized. Generally T.O.P. resident registration fee is $10 or free.
