Refund Policies


Program Registration 
Registration fees are non-refundable.  If the Parks & Recreation Department cancels a program and there have been fees submitted, those fees will be refunded in their entirety.

Facility Rental
There will be no cash refunds for rentals.  Credit for a future building rental may be issued.  You must contact the Parks & Recreation Department before the date of your original rental at 518-562-6860.
